Nadeja Henry also known as Gia is a mother of 1 son Justyn who is just as creative as she is. She was born in Harvey,IL and raised in Markham and Riverdale. Nadeja attended Thornridge High School and graduated class of 2005.
Gia has always been known for being silly and outgoing which led her to her gift of dancing. She has opened up shows for numerous artist to include, Chris Brown, Omarion, Marques Houston and the list goes on. It wasn’t until 8 years later that she discovered her gift of balloon artistry.
Gia had always liked the creative aspect of designing and loves seeing people react to her work. “I always wanted to become my own boss and to think back I would have never thought balloons would become my passion but it is.” Said Gia CEO of Balootabulous. Gia also has a gift of drawing. At just 10 years old she noticed she was skilled at the craft and credits her Aunt Janice Henry for teaching her different techniques.
To date, Gia has worked with rising stars including Bridgettes Bold Beautiful Bashes and Indeed Event Decor. She has also designed for major events including The Black Tie Gala for Mayor Roger Agpawa of Markham, The first Alderwomen of Markham, Buddy Guys Christmas Toy Drive, and several Breast Cancer Events. Gia recently celebrated her 1 year anniversary in the field of balloon artistry and has much to celebrate about.
