Carriece Jefferson is a writer, public speaker, and owner of Crafty Hands Club, which is an online craft boutique helping millennial women relieve stress through DIY jewelry projects that can be completed in 5 steps or less.
Millennials, behind baby boomers, carry the highest levels of stress and anxiety. Ms. Jefferson can relate. Growing up as a creative and energetic child, Ms. Jefferson struggled with fitting in among her peers. Thanks to her first grade teacher believing in her, she was later introduced to a local Girl Scout Troop. Her joyful crafting experiences lead her down a path to creative entrepreneurship. Her mission is to inspire and encourage women worldwide to make with their own two hands.
She has taught jewelry making classes throughout the Chicagoland area at various organizations and events including: Loom Chicago, Mercy Boys & Girls Club, Induo Events (taught 100+ kids and parents), Southside Makers Faire, Senior Living Facilities, and local libraries.
